总理卢克森投资房产减少 引发关注
自2021年底接任国家党党魁以来，总理克里斯托弗·卢克森（Christopher Luxon）拥有的房产数量一直备受关注。刚上任时，他拥有七处房产，但去年开始陆续出售部分投资物业。
本月发布的这份截至2025年1月31日的利益登记册显示，总理名下的房产已降至三处，包括两处位于奥克兰的住宅物业和一处同在奥克兰的投资物业。而在2024年的登记中，卢克森在奥克兰拥有两处住宅和四处投资物业，外加惠灵顿的一处住宅。
据《先驱报》去年9月报道，在总理府（Premier House）翻新完毕后，卢克森已搬入其中，并出售了其位于国会对面Kate Sheppard综合大楼内的惠灵顿公寓。他曾因居住在该公寓期间申领津贴而短暂面临压力。

除上述议员外，还有其他多名国会议员在海外拥有房产权益。例如：
